2) Create a CTWC account. (Top right corner)

3) Complete Registration Forms below

( CTWC agreement/COVID form)

4) Pick club membership:  

CTWC YEARLY- $500

CTWC GOLD 3 Months- $200

CTWC SILVER Monthly- $100

DROP IN- $10

Send payment through Zelle or in person by cash.
